図ａは第１図に示された円盤状係合片を示す正面
図、第３図ｂはその断面図、第４図は従来のスロ
ツトル弁開度検出センサを示す断面図である。 図において、６は駆動軸、１６はスロツトルボ
デイ、１７は弁軸、１７′はスロツトル弁、１８
は吸気通路、１９は２条の溝を有する係合片、２
０は２本の脚部を有するＵ字状係合片、２６は取
付孔、２８は金属板を示す。なお、各図面中同一
符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 吸気通路の一部を構成するスロツトルボデイ、
吸気通路を貫通し上記スロツトルボデイに支承さ
れた弁軸、この弁軸に支持され上記吸気通路を流
れる空気の量を調整するスロツトル弁、上記弁軸
の一端に端部が同心的に対向した駆動軸を有しこ
の軸の回転角に対応した検出出力を発生すべく上
記スロツトルボデイに固定されたスロツトル弁開
度検出センサ、及び上記各軸の対向部間を係合さ
せる係合部材を備え、上記係合部材は各軸の一方
に２条の溝を有する第１係合片と各軸の他方に上
記２条の溝に嵌合する２本の脚部を有するＵ字状
の第２係合片とを固定して構成し、前記第１係合
片は金属板を一体に埋設したモールド成形によつ
て構成され、この金属板に取付孔を設け、この取
付孔を弁軸の軸端に嵌着するようにしたことを特
徴とする機関のスロツトル弁開度検出装置。
