Claims (1)
- 無線機の発振回路の出力端と接続されるデユア
ルゲートＦＥＴを受信または送信回路のいずれか
一方の回路に接続し、該デユアルゲートＦＥＴを
有する回路が不使用サイクル中は高インピーダン
スを持つとともに使用サイクル中は低インピーダ
ンスを持ち、さらに前記発振回路の出力端と接続
される他方の回路にダイオードを接続し、前記デ
ユアルゲートＦＥＴが高インピーダンスを持つ時
にダイオードを通つて発振回路の出力が供給され
、低インピーダンスを持つ時にはダイオードを有
する回路への該出力は中断されて前記デユアルゲ
ートＦＥＴを有する回路に該出力が供給されるこ
とを特徴とする独立受信・送信回路を有する無線
機。
