Claims (1)
- 条材圧延機の圧延ロールＲの出側に配置された
ガイドボツクス１と、ガイドボツクス１に圧延ロ
ールＲ側から順に設けられたガイドローラ２およ
びサイジングローラ３からなり、ガイドローラ２
およびサイジングローラ３はそれぞれガイドボツ
クス１に回動可能に設けられた偏心支持軸４，５
に回転自在に支持され、ガイドローラ２の偏心支
持軸４は圧延ロールＲの軸と平行方向に設けられ
、サイジングローラ３の偏心支持軸５は圧延ロー
ルＲの軸と直角方向に設けられ、両偏心支持軸４
，５はそれぞれ軸上部に設けられたウオームホイ
ル４ａ，５ａとウオームホイル４ａ，５ａに噛合
しねじのリードが互いに逆のピニオン４ｂ，５ｂ
により中心振分芯間調整可能に設けられているこ
とを特徴とする条材のサイジング装置。
