Claims (1)
- 銅または銅合金にて形成し、中心軸線にそつて
溶接用伸線の貫通孔を有するコンタクトチツプ本
体の先端部に、セラミツク材料にて形成したカバ
ーを嵌着した炭酸ガス溶接用コンタクトチツプに
おいて、コンタクトチツプ本体の先端近くの外周
に溝を設け、この溝に前記外周とほぼ同一の中心
径をもつリング状ばねを圧入し、カバーの円筒部
内側に係止部を設け、コンタクトチツプ本体にカ
バーをリング状ばねを介して挿着したことを特徴
とする炭酸ガス溶接用コンタクトチツプ。
