びロツクピンを示す斜視図、第３図は係合させた
アダプタおよびツースにロツクピンを圧入する状
態を示す正面図、第４図はバケツト式土工機械の
バケツトを示す斜視図、第５図〜第７図は従来の
アダプタおよびツースの継手構造を示す斜視図で
ある。 １……バケツト、２……アダプタ、３……ツー
ス、５……ロツクピン、６……凸部、７……係合
溝、８……ストツパー、９……切欠部、１４……
凹部、１５……ロツク孔。

Claims (1)
- バケツト式土工機械のバケツトにアダプタを固
定し、このアダプタにロツクピンを介してツース
を取付けるようにした継手構造において、上記ロ
ツクピンを上下方向に湾曲させて形成し、かつ上
記アダプタの前部とツースの後部に長手方向に互
いに係合する係合部を設け、該係合部の一方を凸
部に形成するとともに、他方を該凸部と対応する
形状の凹部に形成し、これら凸部と凹部とを互い
に係合した状態で上記ロツクピンを斜め上方より
打込み、上記長手方向と直交する方向に圧入して
上記アダプタとツースとを接続したことを特徴と
するバケツト式土工機械におけるアダプタとツー
スの継手構造。
