Claims (1)
- ボデイの流入口と流出口の間に設けた弁口の開
度を調節する弁体を復帰用のばねの弾力により閉
弁方向に付勢して該弁体を開弁方向に押圧する弁
杆を前記弁体に連結するとともに、制御電流に比
例して作動体が前記復帰用のばねの弾力に抗して
前記弁杆を押圧するアクチユエータを前記ボデイ
に装着し、該アクチユエータの制御により前記弁
体による前記弁口の開度を調節するとともに、電
源の遮断時には前記弁体がばね弾力により前記弁
口を閉じて閉止するようにした閉止機能付比例弁
において、前記弁口の弁座を金属製とするととも
に前記弁体を金属または硬質の合成樹脂により形
成し、該弁体の少なくとも前記弁座が当る部分に
弾力性を有する合成ゴム製のシール部材を装着し
たことを特徴とする閉止機能付比例弁。
