Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液体供給源６に連通する液体供給管７をそ
    の中途で巻回させて熱交換コイル７ｂを形成し、
    熱媒体を充填可能な密閉容器８中に前記熱交換コ
    イル７ｂを内挿し、前記密閉容器８中に配設した
    電熱ヒータ１０により加熱昇温される熱媒体と前
    記熱交換コイル７ｂを通過する液体との間で熱交
    換を行なつて、当該液体を加熱するよう構成した
    液体供給装置において、 前記電熱ヒータ１０への通電を制御する回路２
    ８に接続する感温素子１２を、前記熱交換コイル
    ７ｂに密着的に配設する よう構成したことを特徴とする液体供給装置。 (2) 前記感温素子１２は、熱交換コイル７ｂに
    おける液体流入側に密着的に配設するよう構成し
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の液体供給装置。
