- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 バブラー容器内の液体拡散材中に入口管を通し
てキヤリアガスを送り込んでバブリングさせ、こ
の時発生した蒸気拡散材をキヤリアガスと共に出
口管を通して取出すようにした液体拡散材供給用
バブラー装置において、 下端部に導通穴を有する仕切り板により前記バ
ブラー容器内を複数の槽に仕切り、各槽に対して
それぞれ入口管と出口管を設けたことを特徴とす
る液体拡散材供給用バブラー装置。
