用センサの重さと出力電圧との関係を明らかにす
るため行なつた実験の説明図、第４図はその実験
結果を示す図、第５図および第６図は従来の組織
血流量計測用センサを示す図である。 １……ペルチエスタツク、２，３……金属板（
熱伝導部材）、４，５……熱電対、２２……ハウ
ジング、２３……合成樹脂板、２６……リング。

Claims (1)
- 所定の間隔をあけて配置された１対の熱伝導部
材と、この１対の熱伝導部材の一方を加熱し他方
を冷却する吸発熱素子あるいは前記１対の熱伝導
部材の一方のみを加熱する発熱素子を備えた組織
血流量計測用センサにおいて、開口部を有する金
属製のハウジングと、前記１対の熱伝導部材と前
記吸発熱素子または前記１対の熱伝導部材と前記
発熱素子を前記ハウジング内に前記ハウジングの
内壁との間に空隙を有するようにして断熱材によ
り固定する固定手段と、前記１対の熱伝導部材の
生体と接触する面を前記ハウジングの外側に露出
させた状態で前記開口部を密閉する密閉手段とを
具備することを特徴とする組織血流量計測用セン
サ。
