- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外部から気体を導入する給気口を有する外蓋と
、前記気体を濾過するフイルタを有する内蓋と、
前記フイルタを経て内部に導入された前記気体を
排出する排気口を有するケーシング本体と、前記
ケーシング本体内に回転自在に設けられ前記気体
に接触する半導体材料を収容するロータとを備え
た半導体材料乾燥装置において、 前記内蓋の外周付近に前記ケーシング本体内の
前記気体を前記フイルタに導く循環口を設けると
共に、該フイルタと前記外蓋との間に気体循環用
の間隙を設けたことを特徴とする半導体材料乾燥
装置。
