Claims (1)
- ガラス微粒子を堆積させるターゲツトが、ター
ゲツトホルダー内に固定支持されるターゲツト支
持構造において、前記ターゲツトが、直径の大な
る頭部と直径の小なる胴体部分との間に、テーパ
状の首部を有して一体に形成され、前記ターゲツ
トホルダーには、前記ターゲツトを挿入する切欠
き部が設けられていて、該切欠き部より挿入され
た前記ターゲツトが、前記テーパ状の首部を前記
ターゲツトホルダーのテーパ部に係合させて固定
支持される構造になつていることを特徴とするタ
ーゲツト支持構造。
