    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直列に配した複数のスライド弁付きスクリユ圧
    縮機本体と、１次プロセス制御信号により第１段
    目の圧縮機本体のスライド弁の開度を制御し、そ
    の他のスライド弁の開度はその圧縮機本体とこの
    直ぐ下流側の圧縮機本体との間の段間の状態量に
    基いて制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴と
    する多段型無給油式スクリユ圧縮機。
