- 電気光学効果を有する素子の一面側に反射鏡を
設けるとともに、この反射鏡の裏面に冷却素子を
固定し、前記電気光学効果を有する素子の他面側
に空間光変調器を配置したことを特徴とする反射
形空間光変調装置。
