カツプにより小麦粉を山形に成形した状態の全体
の縦断面図、第２図は成形カツプ単体の拡大縦断
面図、第３図は成形カツプにより水を容器内に注
ぐ状態の容器部分の縦断面図、第４図は混練を開
始する直前の状態の全体の縦断面図である。 図面中、９は容器、１２は混練体、１７は成形
カツプ、２３は小麦粉（主材料）、２６は水（補
助材料の液体）を示す。

Claims (1)
- 底部に混練体が配設された容器の内部に粉体か
ら成る主材料及びこれに必要な液体を主とした補
助材料を収容した状態で、前記混練体を回転させ
てそれら主材料及び補助材料を混練するようにし
たものであつて、開口端側ほど外側に広がつた容
器状をなしてその開口端を下向きにした状態で前
記容器内に収容され該容器内で前記主材料を山形
に成形すると共に容器外で前記液体を計量する機
能を有した成形カツプを具えたことを特徴とする
混練器。
