Claims (1)
- イメージガイドの先端のレンズにより補捉され
てイメージガイドの先端面に結像され、さらにイ
メージガイドを通してその反対側端面に結像され
る像の位置を補正するためのイメージガイド像面
補正装置において、イメージガイドの前記反対側
端面と、反対側端面の像を見るレンズとの間の光
路に１：１のリレーレンズを配置し、さらにイメ
ージガイドからの光路の中でリレーレンズの両側
に、光路に対し垂直な両端面、両端面からそれぞ
れ中央に向かつて下方に傾斜した対向する斜面お
よび底面を有するプリズムを配置し、同時に一方
のプリズムをケーシングに対して固定し、かつ他
方のプリズムとリレーレンズをケーシングに一体
的に回転可能に装着したことを特徴とする装置。
