はクリームハンダ印刷マスク、４は印刷孔、５は
突起部である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

- 印刷配線板上のパツドにクリームハンダを印刷
する印刷孔があけられたクリームハンダ印刷マス
クにおいて、該クリームハンダ印刷マスクの前記
印刷孔のうち近接した印刷孔の間の前記印刷配線
板に対向する側の面に突起を設けたことを特徴と
するクリームハンダ印刷マスク。
