  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 媒体供給装置３０の本体３１に媒体Ｃを取込み
    、且つ被試験物３に送り出す取込み機構３２を設
    け、 該取込み機構３２の部分に、取込んだ媒体Ｃを
    突当てて整列させる整列機構６０を付設し、 ロボツトハンド２０に対し本体３１を、２方向
    に移動すると共に回転して被試験物３の姿勢に倣
    わせる位置補正機構７０を介して吊設する媒体供
    給用ロボツト。
