に変換して外部出力する再生処理機能とを備える
とともに、前記処理回路から外部出力された合成
音声のデジタルデータが録音処理の実行毎に以前
の録音処理のデータを消去して書込まれ、書込ま
れた合成音声のデジタルデータが再生処理の実行
毎に前記処理回路に読出されるスタテイツク型ラ
ンダムアクセスメモリと、前記録音スイツチがオ
ンからオフに反転する録音処理の終了時に前記録
音スイツチのスイツチ信号によつて起動され、設
定期間が経過したときにタイマパルスを出力する
タイマ回路と、前記タイマパルスによつてスイツ
チングし、前記メモリの電源をしや断する強制消
