Claims (1)
- フイルタエレメントで隔成される１次側室と２
次側室との間の壁部に設けられ、これら１次側室
と２次側室との間の差圧が所定圧以上で開弁する
リリーフ弁を有するフイルタ装置において、該リ
リーフ弁の弁体を一枚のバネ板で構成するととも
に、このバネ板は前記壁部に形成した弁口の周縁
部に固定される枠部と、この枠部の内側にあつて
前記弁口を開閉する弁部と、この弁部の外周にあ
つて該弁部と前記枠部とを連結する複数の円弧状
に形成されたスプリング部とを備え、かつ、前記
スプリング部の弁部側連結点と枠部側連結点とを
隣接する他のスプリング部で相互に周方向にオー
バーラツプさせたことを特徴とするフイルタ装置
のリリーフ弁。
