Claims (1)
- 内部が真空室Ｃとなる真空室本体１２にシール
性をもつてフランジ１３を取付けるとともに該フ
ランジ１３に一対の電流導入端子１４を挿通し、
この電流導入端子１４の前記真空室Ｃ側先端に弾
性を有する支持部材１５を取付け、この支持部材
１５によりハロゲンランプ１７を弾性支持してな
るベーキングランプユニツト。
