図面は本考案の一実施例を示し、第１図は縦断
正面図、第２図は縦断側面図、第３図は電気的構
成図である。 図面中、１は機枠、３は燃焼室、４は排気室、
５は揚鍋、９は加熱管、１１はガスバーナ、１８
は電磁弁、２１は点火器、２２は点火用電極、２
３は炎検知器、２４は温度制御用センサ、２５は
異常温度検知用センサ、２６は操作盤、２９は点
火スイツチ、３２は報知装置、３３は電気制御回
路を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 揚鍋を加熱するガスバーナと、通電されると
    該ガスバーナに燃料ガスを供給する電磁弁と、通
    電されると前記ガスバーナに着火させる点火器と
    、前記ガスバーナの燃焼時の炎を検知して炎検知
    信号を発生する炎検知器と、前記揚鍋内の油の温
    度を検知してその温度に応じた温度検知信号を発
    生する温度制御用センサと、点火スイツチの操作
    に基づいて前記電磁弁及び点火器に通電し前記炎
    検知器からの炎検知信号に基づいて前記点火器を
    断電させその後は前記温度制御用センサからの温
    度検知信号及び炎検知器からの炎検知信号に基づ
    いて前記電磁弁及び点火器を通断電制御する電気
    制御回路とを具備してなる揚物製造機。 ２ 電気制御回路は、揚鍋内の油の温度を検知す
    る異常温度検知用センサからの温度検知信号を入
    力してこれが異常設定値になつた時に異常検知信
    号を発生するようになつていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の揚物製造
    機。
