    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 胴部５上端から起立する口頚部７外面に第１係
    合突条８を周設した容器体１と、上記胴部の前、
    後両外面へ、底板の前、後両側縁から起立する側
    板１３，１３を上下動自在に嵌合させたカバー部
    材２と、該カバー部材を上記容器体に対して下方
    へ付勢させたスプリング部材３と、上記第１係合
    突条下面へ、周壁１４内面に周設した第２係合突
    条１５上面を係合させて上記口頚部外面に嵌合さ
    せたキヤツプ４とからなり、上記容器体に対する
    カバー部材の抜出し防止手段１６，１７を付設す
    ると共に、上記カバー部材２に対する容器体１の
    押下げによりキヤツプ４が突き上げられて第１、
    第２係合突条８，１５の係合が離脱可能に、上記
    カバー部材側板１３，１３上端面を、キヤツプ周
    壁１４の下端面へ臨ませたことを特徴とするキヤ
    ツプ付き容器。
