性素材から成るダイヤフラムで仕切ることにより
、第一室とこれにダイヤフラムを介して隣接する
第二室、第三室とこれにダイヤフラムを介して隣
接する第四室とを区画形成し、第一室は、真空供
給源に連通する調圧孔と目標真空圧に調圧すべき
目的空間に開口する開口部と、第一室と第二室と
を仕切るダイヤフラムに一端で固着し該ダイヤフ
ラムの変位によつて調圧孔の開度を調節するよう
に調圧孔に臨ましめた弁体とを備え、第二室は、
真空供給源に小孔を通して連通すると共に、第三
室に連通する空気導入孔を有し、第三室は、第三
室と第四室とを区切るダイヤフラムの変位によつ
て前記空気導入孔に臨んで該空気導入孔を通過し
て第三室から第二室への空気流量を調節するパイ
ロツト弁と、大気か若しくは前記第一室のいずれ
かに連通する開口部とを有し、第四室は、真空供
給源に連通すると共に第三室との境界をなすダイ
ヤフラムを弾発力によつて支持する手段を備えた
