個に、液体洗剤の貯蔵タンク部と連通した小流出
口部及び、これを開閉する手動操作の弁機構を設
け、手で操作しているときのみ流路が開き、液体
洗剤が小流出口より小量流出するようにしたこと

流出口部には、連続気泡性のスポンジ体を用いて
液体洗剤がにじみ出る洗剤浸出部を形成したこと
