【発明の詳細な説明】
発明の分野 この発明は、ねじ付き容器の首部に対する緊密なねじ付
きふた、正確には、平らな底部、即ちふたの外側すそ部
の上縁部に底壁を連結する円筒形の側壁により囲んだ円
形の底壁を有する底部、を囲む内側にねじ切りした円筒
形の外側すそ部を有する型のふたに関し、平らな底部の
円筒形の側壁の外径が容器の首部のねじ付き上端部の内
径に対応し、平らな底部の円筒形の側壁の長さがふたの
円筒形の外側すそ部の長さより小さい。 発明の背景 ＰＶＣの容器のような射出プラスチックとともにしばし
ば使われるこの型のふた自体をポリエチレンのような射
出プラスチックで作り、最も頻繁に出会う問題は、とく
に容器が炭酸飲料のように液体を圧力のもとで保持する
とき容器とふたと作る材料の相対的な可撓性にもかかわ
らず良好な密封を得ることである。 いずれの場合でも、制限のない例としこのふたの実施例
を図示する添付図面についてのつぎの説明の助けで、こ
の発明をよりよく諒解できるであろう。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図に図示するように、この発明のねじ付き容器の首
部に対する緊密なねじ付きふた２は円筒形の外側すそ部
３と平らな底部４とを有する。外側すそ部３はその内面
にねじ５を有しまた外面には使用者による操作を容易に
するみぞ６を有する。 平らな底部４は外側すそ部８より短い円筒形の側壁８に
より囲んだ円形の底壁７を有し、外側すそ部８をその下
縁部で底壁７と１体に作りまた上縁部８ｂにより外側す
そ部３の上縁部３ａに連結する。 外側すそ部３と平らな底部４０側壁８との間に輪状空所
９を作り、輪状空所９はねじ付きふた２を第２図に図示
のように容器の首部１１のねじ付き上端部１１ａにねじ
込むときそのねじ付き上端部１１ａを収容する。それゆ
え円筒形の側壁８の外径は容器の首部１１のねじ付き上
端部１１ａの内径に大体等しい。 ポリエチレンのようなプラスチックで射出して作ったこ
のねじ付きふたはＰｖＣまたは類似なもののような吹き
成形で作った容器を閉じるために作られるように企図さ
れる。 この発明の目的は、ふたを射出成形するのに十分な圧力
を容器の内側に生ずることにより炭酸飲料のような液体
を加圧して置くときにさえこのふたを完全に緊密にする
ことである。 この発明によれば、平らな底部４の底壁７は大体三角形
の横断面の輪状みぞ１３を底壁７の周囲で境界として定
める円錐台形の部分１２により円筒形の側壁８の下縁部
８ａに連結し、輪状みぞ１３の円形縁部１３ａは外側縁
部３の自由縁部と同じ側に底壁７に対して突出する。 平らな底部４のこの輪郭の結果として、容器の内側に生
ずる圧力は容器の首部ＩＩのねじ付き上端部１１ａの内
面に対して平らな底部のこの輪郭の結果として、容器の
内側に生ずる圧力は容器の首部１１のねじ付き上端部１
１ａの内面に対して平らな底部の円筒形の側壁８を固定
するのに役立つ。 実際に、第２図で鎖線で図示するように、平らな底部４
の底壁７に矢１４の方向で働くことによりこのような圧
力は、容器の首部１１のねじ付き端部１１ａの内面に対
して底部４の側壁８を固定しようとする。それゆえこの
運動は輪状みぞ１３の内壁１３ｂと外壁１３ｃの頂部で
角の変化ととくにみぞ１３の外壁１３ｃの矢工５の方向
への回動を生じ、この回動は円筒形の側壁８の下端部８
ａの半径を膨張させその結果として容器の首部１１のね
じ付き上端部１１ａの内面に対して側壁８のねじ付き下
端部８ａを押圧する効果を生じ、それで容器の内側で増
加する圧力のような力を増加するとともに外側すそ部３
と側壁８との間に容器のねじ付き上端部の内面を絞る。 もちろん、もし使う材料の制動限界を越えないなら、容
器の内側に生ずる圧力が増加するにつれて、容器の首部
１１のねじ付き上端部１１ａへのふたの固定の増加を得
る。 首部１１の内径が２５ｍｍである図示の例では、みぞ１
３の壁の最中央の截頭部分の頂部での角は１３０°に等
しく、みぞ１３の壁の最外部の截頭部分の頂部での角は
６０″に等しい。これらが希望結果に完全に対応するの
で、これらの値を採用した。 容器の首部のねじ付き上端部１１ａへのふたの保持力を
さらに増加するために、２重ねじをもつことは外側すそ
部３の内面に作ったねし５に対して好ましく、このこと
は容器の首部１１のねじ付き上端部１１ａの対応したね
じに２重ねじを設けることを明らかに意味する。 最後にこのふた２には他の型のふたのようにもし望むな
ら引裂き自在の密封ハンドを設けることができる。 特別な実施例の前記した説明はこの発明の一般的性質を
十分に明らかにし、他の点は日常知識を応用することに
より一般的思想から離れることなしにこのような特別な
実施例のような種々な応用に対して容易に変化しまた（
または）適合することができ、それゆえこのような適合
と変型とを前記した実施例の等価物の意味と範囲との中
で理解すべきである。理解できるように、ここで使用し
た術語または用語は説明の目的のためであって制限の目
的のためではない。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はねじ付きふたの軸向き断面図、第２図はこのね
じ付きふたを設けまた炭酸飲料を収容する容器の首部の
ねじ付き上端部を軸向き断面図で図示する図である。 図中にて、符号２はねじ付きふた、３は外側ずそ部、３
ａは上縁部、４は底部、５はねじ、６はみぞ、７は底壁
、８は外側すそ部、８ａは上縁部、８ｂは上縁部、１１
は首部、ｌｌａは上端部、１２は円錐台形の部分、１３
は輪状みぞ、１３ａは円形縁部、１３ｂは内壁、１３ｃ
は外壁である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、内面と外面と上縁部と下縁部とを有する円筒形の外
    側すそ部、および平らな底部を有し、外側すそ部がその
    外面にみぞを有し、平らな底部が外側すそ部の上縁部に
    連結した円筒形の側壁により囲んだ円形の底壁を有し、
    平らな底部の円筒形の側壁の外側直径が容器の首部のね
    じ付き上端部の内側直径に対応し、円筒形の側壁の長さ
    が円筒形の外側すそ部の長さより小さく、平らな底部の
    円形の底壁を円筒形の側壁で円錐台形断面のかんむりの
    形の部分により連結し、その円錐台形断面のかんむりの
    形の部分が大体三角形の断面の円形みぞの範囲を底壁の
    周囲で定め、その三角形断面が底壁に対して外側すそ部
    の自由端部と同じ側から突出するねじ付き容器の首部に
    対する緊密なねじ付きふた。 ２、かんむりの形の部分の最中央部の円錐台形の頂部で
    の角が約１０５゜から約１５５゜であり、かんむり部分
    の最外部の円錐台形の頂部での角が約３５゜から約８５
    ゜であり、頂部でのこれらの角の値を平らな底部の円筒
    形の側壁の外側直径により決める特許請求の範囲前記第
    １項に記載のねじ付き容器の首部に対する緊密なねじ付
    きふた。 ３、外側すそ部の内側ねじが円筒形のねじである特許請
    求の範囲前記第１項に記載のねじ付き容器の首部に対す
    る緊密なねじ付きふた。 ４、外側すそ部の内側ねじが円筒形のねじである特許請
    求の範囲前記第２項に記載のねじ付き容器の首部に対す
    る緊密なねじ付きふた。 ５、外側すそ部の内側の円筒形ねじが２重ねじを有する
    特許請求の範囲前記第３項に記載のねじ付き容器の首部
    に対する緊密なねじ付きふた。 ６、外側すそ部の円筒形の内側ねじが２重ねじを有する
    特許請求の範囲前記第４項に記載のねじ付き容器の首部
    に対する緊密なねじ付きふた。
