Claims (1)
- 両端に赤外光透過性の窓板を有し、両端近傍に
枝管が配設された円筒状のガスセルと、同ガスセ
ルの中央上部に挿設されたガス排出管と、同ガス
セルの中央下部に挿設され、かつ下部にガス供給
管を有する試料の熱分解室と、同熱分解室と同ガ
ス排出管とを囲繞するように配設された電気炉と
からなることを特徴とする熱分解ガスセル。
