【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
この考案は食器洗浄機に関し、とくにその排水

浄機aを示す。このものは、容器本体b内に洗浄

蓋体dが付設されている。そして洗浄槽c内に洗
浄水ノズルeが設けられ、この洗浄水ノズルeの
噴出する洗浄水により食器カゴfに収納される食
器が洗浄される。g、hが洗浄水の循環供給機構
を構成する循環ポンプおよびその作動モータ、
i、jが排水ポンプおよびその作動モータであ
る。洗浄時においては循環ポンプgが作動し、洗
浄槽c内に溜まる洗浄水を洗浄水ノズルeに循環
供給して噴射させる。洗浄またはすすぎ工程が終
つた後に排水ポンプiが作動して洗浄槽c内の洗
浄水またはすすぎ水は外部に排出される。第2図
は従来における排水ポンプiの縦断面構成を示
す。洗浄槽c内における洗浄水の所定貯留レベル
WLは、作動モータjの下方に突出する回転軸k
の途中高さに位置し、よつて洗浄水の貯留時には
その高さまで回転軸kは洗浄水内につかつてしま
う。よつて回転軸kは非常に容易に腐食するおそ
れがあり、回転軸として高価ではあるが耐食性の
ステンレス製棒を使用しなければならない。lが

る回転軸部分の他の例を示す。このものにおいて
は、洗浄水につかる部分のみを耐食性部材mによ
つて構成しているが、組立て性に問題があり、や

ノズルに循環供給する洗浄水の循環供給機構、さ
らには洗浄槽内の洗浄水を排出する排水ポンプお
よびその作動モータが設けられてなる食器洗浄機
において、上記排水ポンプの作動モータは排水ポ
ンプの上方でかつ洗浄槽の側方に位置して設けら
れ、その回転軸を作動モータと排水ポンプを連通
する連通管内において下方に突出するとともにそ
の回転軸端に取り付けられたインペラを排水ポン
プ内に位置させ、上記インペラの回転軸端への取
り付けは、そのインペラのボス部の上端が洗浄槽
内における洗浄水の所定貯留レベルより上方に位

ンペラ7が取り付けられており、このインペラ7
の回転により排水ポンプ1内において矢印方向に
排水がおこなわれる。インペラ7はそのボス部8
内に回転軸4端が螺入されることにより取り付け
られるが、このボス部8を従来例で示したものよ
り長尺に構成していて、その上端xが洗浄槽3内
の洗浄水の所定貯留レベルWLより相対的に上方
に位置するようにしている。このようにすること
によつて常に回転軸4に洗浄水が触れることがな
いようにしており、腐食の心配が無いので回転軸
