Claims (1)
- 外形を非導体材質のパツケージで覆い、内部に
電気的配線を施し、複数個の端子ピンをそのパツ
ケージの側面から突出させて固着しているＩＣ等
の電子部品において、前記端子ピンのパツケージ
側近傍に、端子ピンの一部を垂直に折り曲げて形
成した折曲片を形成したことを特徴とするＩＣ等
の電子部品。
