Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中空のハウジング内部をダイアフラムにより２
室に区画形成すると共に、それぞれの室に作動流
体を導入する１対の導入路を設け、該導入路のそ
れぞれを開閉制御してダイアフラムを作動させる
ダイアフラム式アクチユエータにおいて、 前記一対の導入路を前記ハウジングの一方の室
側にまとめて配置すると共に、導入路を開閉制御
する制御弁をハウジングに一体に組付け、上記導
入路の一方をダイアフラムを隔てた他方側の室ま
でダイアフラムの作動方向に延びるニツプルによ
り構成し、ダイアフラムに、該ダイアフラム両側
の空間に密封状態に保持しつつ上記ニツプルが摺
動自在に挿通可能な挿通孔を設けて成ることを特
徴とするダイアフラム式アクチユエータ。
