Further, metal processed parts such as multi-faceted etched parts are supported by the outer frame by the bridge pattern a1 of about 0.5 to 1.0 m/m and are susceptible to electrical resistance.

Some parts are not polished enough.

As shown in the figure, the rectangular frame 4 has electrically conductive hooks 5, 5 attached to both sides of its upper side for hanging. A flat surface 8 is formed on the front surface of the upper and lower sides of the frame 4, and the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece a are superimposed on the flat surface 8, respectively, and a retaining part 6a is provided at one end. An electrically conductive cylindrical straight elongated presser rod 6 is attached to the frame 4 with a ring 6b at one end and a ring 6c at the other end, and can be slid outward from the ring 6c to open the end. The presser bar 6 is placed on the workpiece a superimposed on the flat support surface 8, and the U-shaped clamping tool 7 having opposing pieces 11 and 12 is fitted on both sides of the upper and lower sides of the frame 4, respectively. It is pressed against the workpiece a on the surface 8 and fixed. FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of one embodiment of the inventive jig with the workpiece a fixed, and FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of another embodiment. In FIG. 3, the upper surface of the workpiece a is fixed using a presser rod 6 having a perfect cylindrical shape, and the presser rod 6 is in line contact with the workpiece a. In FIG. 4, a semi-cylindrical presser bar 6 is used to fix the upper surface of the workpiece a, and the flat surface of the semi-cylindrical presser bar 6 is in surface contact with the workpiece a. This increases the contact area and improves the contact condition.

The opposing piece 11 has a curved surface along the circumferential surface of the presser bar 6. The opposing piece 12 has a bending surface that is bent inward at its tip, and on the back side of the upper and lower sides of the frame 4 there is a convex part 9 whose upper surface is flat. The side can be locked to the back side of the frame 4 in a fitted state.

である。(Effects of the invention) The jig of this invention consists of a combination of a hook part, a frame, a clamping tool, and a presser bar. You can use materials with
Alternatively, the clamping tool, presser bar, etc. can be made of a rigid and heat-resistant synthetic resin material, and can form a linear electrically conductive contact directly with the processed part to ensure good adhesion. It is stable and has fewer conduction defects than conventional jigs, the current distribution to the processed parts is more uniform, and the finish of electrolytic polishing is good. It is of practical value because it can uniformly electrolytically polish the entire surface of the workpiece by immersing it in a polishing solution to form a good specular glossy surface on the surface of the workpiece.
