Claims (1)
- ガン本体に塗料入口、ニードル弁シート、塗料
噴孔及びこの塗料噴孔を中心にしてその周囲にパ
ターンエア噴孔を有するガンヘツドを備え、ガン
ヘツドを備え、ガン本体に設けられたエアシリン
ダ内にバランススプリングにより前進方向に押圧
され、ニードルエア入口より導入されるエア圧に
よつて後退するピストンを有し、このピストンに
よつて後退移動され、前記ニードル弁シートの塗
料通路の間隙を変化させるニードル弁を備え、前
記ピストンの進退移動によつて開閉される前記パ
ターンエア噴孔へのエア通路と、このエア通路の
エア流量を制御する霧化エア用ニードル弁とを有
する塗装用スプレーガンにおいて、前記ピストン
に前記エア通路の閉じ位置でエアを流通させるバ
イパス通路孔を設けたことを特徴とする塗装用ス
プレーガン。
