Claims (1)
- 原料ガス中の水分等の不純物を吸着除去するＴ
ＳＡ方式吸着塔において、吸着塔へ供給される原
料ガスを冷凍機の寒冷により冷却する冷却器の上
流側に、原料ガスと吸着塔で不純物を吸着除去さ
れた精製ガスを熱交換させる予冷器を設けたこと
を特徴とするＴＳＡ方式吸着塔。
