Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面を開口した炉内に充填された熱媒粒子
がヒーターで加熱されると共に、炉底から供給す
る圧縮気体で流動されるように成された流動床炉
において、前記熱媒粒子上に載置される金型の周
囲に当接して炉の上面を覆う熱媒粒子飛散防止カ
バーが配設されると共に、当該カバーと炉の側壁
部との間に空気抜き通路が形成され、当該空気抜
き通路は前記側壁部の内面側から上端を通つて外
面側に通ずる迂曲路に形成されて、その出口には
炉内から吹き出した熱媒粒子を回収する砂受が設
けられていることを特徴とする流動床炉。 (2) 前記カバーが、前記側壁部の内面側、上端
及び外面側に対して所要間隔を保つように屈曲さ
れた鋼板で形成されている前記実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の流動床炉。
