Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、河川・海岸・道路等の法面に施工さ
れる格子状枠によるコンクリート張護岸工法に関
する。
従来コンクリート張りの護岸枠は、本製又は鋼
製の型枠を現場に於て格子状に組立施工しコンク
リート打設後は枠を解体取外していたが、施工が
煩らしく工期が長く、熟練を必要とするなどの欠
点あり、又、工場で格子枠を完製品とする場合
は、工費が高価となり、重量物のため大型重機を
必要とし、又勾配が一定で自由にとれないため、
水切排水が不良になるなどの欠点があつた。
本願は上記欠点を解決したもので、図に示した
ように、夫々内周中央に凹溝１′，２′を設け、互
に突き合せ部目板３，３，３，３，と螺締具４，
４，４，４で着脱自在に緊締連結して単位枠ａを
構成し、該単位枠ａを護岸法面に縦横多数格子状
に並置し、前後左右を間隔棒５，５…で同一間隔
に保持する工法を特徴としたものである。なおコ
型下枠２は法長方向に対して予め一定の寸法で製
造し、コ型上枠１は設計法長の変化に対応して長
さを適宜に決めるものとする。
ｂは基礎礫上の凹溝面に打設したコンクリート
ｃは枠間に打設したコンクリートである。
施工に当つては、コ型上枠１とコ型下枠２を突
き合せ目板３，３，３，３を当てボルトナツトで
緊締連結して底無しの箱状枠を形成し、これを縦
横に一定間隔を保持して多数法面にその彎曲度に
応じて安定させ、これを鉄製棒状の間隔棒５，５
…で同一間隔を保持し枠のずれを防ぐと共に、内
周中央の凹溝１，２′を含めた下半部にコンクリ
ートｂを打設し、更に枠間の間隔部に枠と共にコ
ンクリートｃを打設するものである。従つて枠の
解体取外しがなくコンクリートは枠内周の凹溝に
喰い込んで水密性が保持され、施工が簡単で工期
が著しく短縮できる。
以上のように本願によれば、工期が著しく短縮
できると共に経費も安価で、軽量のため小型重機
で運搬でき、地盤への喰い込みとコンクリートの
水密安定もよく完成ブロツクに比べて勾配が自由
に取れるので法面の排水性も極めてよいなどの効
果があるのである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 夫々内周中央に凹溝を設け互に突き合せでき
    るコ型上枠とコ型下枠の突き合せ部を目板と螺締
    具で着脱自在に緊締連結して単位枠を構成し、該
    単位枠を護岸法面に縦横多数格子状に並置し、前
    後左右を間隔棒で同一間隔に保持することを特徴
    とする格子張コンクリート護岸工法。
