Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両面がプラスチツクコートされた紙製容器
にフランジ付容器を内挿し、各容器の開口周囲部
において一体化すると共に、前記フランジ付容器
の開口部を蓋材で封止してなる飲料用容器におい
て、前記フランジ付容器が、結晶核剤を配合した
ポリエチレンテレフタレートのヒートセツテイン
グによる熱処理において結晶化度１０〜２５％と
し、口径に対する深さの比を１．１倍以上とした
容器であることを特徴とする飲料用容器。 (2) 前記蓋材を封止するフランジ付容器の表面
を結晶化させないか、または結晶化を抑えたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の飲料用容器。 (3) 前記蓋材に、容器内の減圧に対応して内部
に突出する膨出部が設けられていることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の飲料用
容器。
