Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は一液性のエアゾール組成物に係るもの
で従来一液性エアゾール組成物には種々のものが
存在したが、燃焼性を低下するため水を溶媒とし
て用い、この水と不溶性のジメチルエーテルを噴
射剤として用いたものが存在した。この水とジメ
チルエーテルはそのままの状態では不相溶であり
噴霧状態が不良となるからこれを相溶化するため
溶剤としてアルコールを用いたりグリコールエー
テルを用いたものが従来存在している。しかしな
がらアルコールは引火性が強く又グリコールエー
テルは臭気が強く化粧品等には用いることが好ま
しくない欠点を有するとともに油、高分子化合物
の溶解が悪くこれらを主剤とするエアゾール製品
には好ましくない欠点を有していた。

存在したが、燃焼性を低下するため水を溶媒とし
て用い、この水と不溶性のジメチルエーテルを噴
射剤として用いたものが存在した。この水とジメ
チルエーテルはそのままの状態では不相溶であり
噴霧状態が不良となるからこれを相溶化するため
溶剤としてアルコールを用いたりグリコールエー
テルを用いたものが従来存在している。しかしな
がらアルコールは引火性が強く又グリコールエー
テルは臭気が強く化粧品等には用いることが好ま
しくない欠点を有するとともに油、高分子化合物
の溶解が悪くこれらを主剤とするエアゾール製品
には好ましくない欠点を有していた。
本発明は上記欠点を除去したものであつて臭気
が少ないとともに引火点が高く安全であり又水と
ジメチルエーテルの不相溶系を確実に相溶化する
ことが出来るようにしたものであつて、これをカ
ーボネイトを用いることによつて可能としたもの
である。カーボネイトはアルキル基の炭素数４以
下のものであれば良く、この中にはエチルカーボ
ネイト、プロピレンカーボネイト、ジメチルカー
ボネイト、ジエチルカーボネイト、ジノルマルプ
ロピルカーボネイト、ジイソプロピルカーボネイ
トがある。

プロピレンカーボネイトは引火点が132℃と高
く、油、高分子化合物に対する溶解性が高いとと
もに臭気が少ないため消臭剤、化粧品等に用いた
場合好結果を得ることができる。又プロピレンカ
ーボネイトは沸点が242℃と高いため保留性が良
く殺虫剤、混虫忌避剤等に用いた場合は主剤が溶
剤とともに短時間で揮発したりすることがなく比
較的長時間主剤の有効成分を噴射面に保留させる
ことが可能となる。このプロピレンカーボネイト
と水およびジメチルエーテルの相溶関係を第１図
に於て説明すれば、ａ曲線の右側とｂ曲線の左側
の間隔が相溶化し得る範囲を示している。

ことが可能となる。このプロピレンカーボネイト
と水およびジメチルエーテルの相溶関係を第１図
に於て説明すれば、ａ曲線の右側とｂ曲線の左側
の間隔が相溶化し得る範囲を示している。
又エチルカーボネイトは引火点152℃、沸点240
℃であり、プロピレンカーボネイトと略同様の効
果を有している。又これらの溶剤は溶解性が高
く、エアゾール製品の主剤、例えば殺虫薬剤とか
各種の塗料用樹脂、又はヘアスプレー用樹脂の溶
解剤として有効なものである。

Claims (1)
- １ 水を溶媒としジメチルエーテルを噴射剤とし
た不相溶系に溶剤としてカーボネイトを用いて相
溶化することを特徴とするエアゾール組成物。
