    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の素子から構成されているマイクロ波回路
    をケースに内蔵し、カバーで密閉することによつ
    て構成するマイクロ波装置において、前記カバー
    の一方の面に溝を設け、前記溝を電波吸収体で埋
    め、かつ前記の面がマイクロ波装置の内側となる
    ようにカバーをケースに取付けたことを特徴とす
    るマイクロ波装置。
