２図ａ〜ｃは従来の流動床型分配器を示す図であ
る。 図において、１は粉体供給設備、２は粉体、３
はコーン、４は多孔板、５は搬送用気体、６は搬
送用気体入口管、７はチヤンバー、８は細孔、９
は混合室、１０は混合体（気体＋粉体）、１１は
流動層、１２は搬送用ノズル、１３は抜き出し管
、１４は異物、１５は粉体の塊り、１６はロツク
ホツパー、１７は加圧用の気体、１８はロツクホ
ツパー入口弁、１９はロツク減圧弁、２０は減圧
シユート、２１はロツクホツパー出口弁である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上方より粉粒体の供給を受ける容器本体と、同
    容器本体内を上下に分割して下方にチヤンバ室、
    上方に混合室を形成する多孔板と、上記チヤンバ
    室に連通した搬送用気体送給用の入口管と、上記
    混合室に夫々連通され上記搬送用気体で搬送され
    る粉粒体を排出するノズルとを有する流動床型分
    配器において、上記多孔板を漏斗状に形成すると
    ともに、その中央部へ下方に延びた抜出管を取付
    け、該抜出管の下端部をロツクホツパに連通させ
    たことを特徴とする流動床型分配器。
