Claims (1)
つて交絡しており、且つ、経糸と緯糸が合成樹脂
に被覆されてそれぞれの交絡点において接合した
空隙孔のある目荒な網状布帛を基布とし、その経
糸間隔の1.5倍以上のタフトゲージをもつてプラ
スチツクテープヤーンをタフトし、タフト原反裏
面に残存する基布の空隙孔の全部又は一部が裏打
仕上後においても残存する程度に少量の裏打樹脂
組成物を塗布して成ることを特徴とするタフテツ
ド人工芝生。 2 前記特許請求の範囲第1項において、経糸と
緯糸とは、合成繊維質糸条を芯とし、熱可塑性合
成樹脂を鞘とする外径0.3〜1.5m/mの芯鞘糸条
であること。 3 前記特許請求の範囲第1項において、経糸及
び緯糸の間隔は1.5〜5.0m/mであること。 4 経糸と緯糸とがその太さの3倍以上の間隔を
もつて交絡しており、且つ、経糸と緯糸が合成樹
脂に被覆されてそれぞれの交絡点において接合し
た空隙孔のある目荒な網状布帛を基布とし、その
経糸間隔の1.5倍以上のタフトゲージをもつてプ
ラスチツクテープヤーンをタフトし、そのタフト
原反に残存する基布の空隙孔の全部又は一部が裏
打仕上後においても残存する程度に少量の裏打樹
脂組成物を塗布し、更に、基布の経糸間隔の整数
倍とならない3倍以上の間隔をもつて、且つ、基
布の経糸間隔以上の幅の未塗着凹谷部を形成して
第二裏打樹脂組成物を縞状に塗着させてその第二
裏打樹脂組成物による凸畝部を縞状に形成したこ
とを特徴とするタフテツド人工芝生。 5 前記特許請求の範囲第4項において、経糸と
緯糸とは、合成繊維質糸条を芯とし、熱可塑性合
成樹脂を鞘とする外径0.3〜1.5m/mの芯鞘糸条
であること。 6 前記特許請求の範囲第4項において、経糸及
び緯糸の間隔は、1.5〜5.0m/mであること。[Scope of Claims] 1.
