Excessive sebum secretion exhibits a so-called oily phenomenon, which not only makes cosmetics difficult to apply, but also tends to cause seborrhea, acne, and the like. Further, the hardening of skin keratin by ultraviolet rays causes the skin to lose its elasticity and reduce the water retention capacity of the skin. In this way, skin function requires that a proper skin condition be maintained at all times. Various cosmetics are used to keep the skin normal, to perform its functions smoothly, and to give it an aesthetic appearance. For example, an astringent lotion is used to suppress excess oil on the skin and astringent the skin, an alkaline lotion is used to wash away dirt and secreted oil, and a vanishing lotion is used to moisturize the skin and prevent roughness. Creams or emulsions are used for hardening of skin keratin due to poor sebum secretion, sunburn, etc. In this way, various chemicals are added to various cosmetics and used to remove sebum and treat hardened keratin. That is, keratolytic agents such as salicylic acid, sulfur, and urea are added to cosmetics to remove dead skin, and soap and alkaline substances are added to remove sebum. The cause of skin stains is secreted fat, protein, and carbohydrates.
The idea of using enzymes that break down these substances in cosmetics has existed since ancient times, but enzymes are used in various drugs, p++
It is unstable to temperature and other factors, so if it is mixed into cosmetics as it is, it will quickly lose its activity, and it will lose its activity during storage or manufacturing, making it difficult to expect its effects, so only a limited number of products are used. It wasn't.

のである。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention provides cosmetics by immobilizing enzymes amylase, protease, and lipase that decompose substances, proteins, and lipids that cause skin stains on a water-insoluble carrier. Also, instead of immobilizing these enzymes in an insoluble carrier, the enzymes are encapsulated in capsules and incorporated into cosmetics, which allows any commercially available enzyme to be incorporated into cosmetics, and can be used over a wide temperature and pH range. By providing enzyme-containing cosmetics that are stable over a wide range and can be stored for a long time,
This product provides cosmetics that are safe for the human body without the use of keratolytic agents, alkalis, or other chemicals conventionally used to remove sebum and exfoliation.

Pig pancreas, barley germ, sweet potato, barley, bacillus,
Enzymes extracted from Aspergillus bacteria are commercially available, and enzymes that decompose proteins include animal-based enzymes such as pepsin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, and kallikren, plant-based enzymes such as papain, promelain, and ficin, Streptomyces, Bacterial proteases such as molds are commercially available, and lipases that decompose lipids include animal-based proteases such as triacetin, tristearin, and triolein, plant-based proteases such as extracts from wheat germ, castor seeds, and nata seeds, and lipases that break down lipids. Fungal and bacterial lipases such as extracts from Candida and Arachnidium are commercially available, and any of these commercially available enzymes can be used in the present invention. Insoluble carriers include inorganic materials such as titanium oxide, kaolinite, clay, calcium phosphate, zinc oxide, hydroxyapatite, and zeolite, ion exchange resins, polyamino acids, carboxymethyl cellulose, p-aminobenzene cellulose, cellulose, and granular silicon aminosilane derivatives. Organic substances can be used, but the size of the carrier particles is 9
It is desirable that the thickness is greater than or equal to μ and less than or equal to 50 μ. This is because fine particles of 9 μm or less are penetrated through the skin, and particles of 50 μm or more give a rough appearance to the skin. Binding agents for immobilizing enzymes include cyanogen bromide, glutaraldehyde, N
, N'-ethylene bismaleimide, hexamethylene diamine, hexamethylene diisocyanate, bisdiazobenzidine, etc. are used. The enzyme, insoluble carrier, and binder to be used can be arbitrarily selected depending on the type of cosmetic product to be used, and their immobilization can be performed by existing immobilization methods. That is, the enzyme, binder, and insoluble carrier are
Add to a buffer solution near H7 and stir at low temperature (about 5°C) for several hours to obtain a composite. The obtained insoluble enzyme is added to a buffer solution,
It is then thoroughly washed with cold water and dried by lyophilization.

That is, an enzyme solution is added to an organic solution such as benzene or ether containing nylon, polystyrene, polyisocyanate, etc. to completely emulsify it, and this emulsion is dispersed in a protective colloid solution containing a nonionic surfactant or gelatin. It depends on the situation.

Finely divided hydroxyapatite was suspended in an ice-cooled buffer solution with a pH of 7.5, and the same buffer solution containing xamethylenediamine was added to the mixture under stirring. After a few minutes, an enzyme dissolved in the same buffer solution was added, and the mixture was incubated at 4°C. After stirring overnight, the solid obtained by centrifugation was thoroughly washed with a buffer solution and cold water, and lyophilized. In each experiment, the immobilized enzyme or an aqueous solution in which the immobilized enzyme was suspended was added to the resulting dispersion in which components other than the immobilized enzyme were added to the surfactant heated to 50°C with vigorous stirring, and the mixture was stirred. While cooling to room temperature.
