Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上部に撹拌軸を回転自在に取り付け、その撹拌
軸を底部近くまで延ばして先端部に撹拌羽根を取
り付けた収納容器と、該収納容器の回りに配設さ
れた断熱体との間に冷媒通路を有する節水冷却保
存装置に於いて、 前記収納容器の周壁の下側又は底部に突設され
た排水管と、該収納容器を前記排水管側が下向き
になるように傾ける持上げ部材とを備えてなる素
麺の節水冷却保存装置。
