Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マトリツクス状に配列された放電セルから成る
    表示部を有するプラズマデイスプレイパネルにお
    いて、前記表示部を動作させるための駆動回路用
    のＩＣチツプが、外囲器となるカバープレートと
    バツクプレート上の内面の凹部に搭載し且つ、一
    方のプレート上のＩＣチツプが搭載されるべき位
    置に対応して他方のプレート上にも凹部を形成し
    、この凹部により、ＩＣチツプによる突起を避け
    て封止したことを特徴とするプラズマデイスプレ
    イパネル。
