Claims (1)
- シリンダにメインピストンを内装してこのシリ
ンダ内をボトム側室とロツド側室とに区画すると
ともに、このシリンダとは別に油圧室を設け、上
記ボトム側室を、この油圧室に連通させるととも
に、その連通過程に開閉弁を設け、しかも、メイ
ンピストンには、ボトム側室とロツド側室とを連
通する絞りを形成してなる位置決め用シリンダ。
