Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 充電用出力電圧を出力する出力トランジスタと
、 充電開始時に閉成されて該出力トランジスタを
オンにする第１のスイツチと、 充電完了時のピーク電圧を検出し、且つ、充電
完了後の該電池の降下電圧を検出する電圧検出回
路と、 該ピーク電圧が充電されるコンデンサとからな
り、 該コンデンサの充電電荷を放電させる第２のス
イツチを該第１のスイツチと連動する様に接続さ
れた構成の電池充電回路。
