応した警報及び緊急停止温度の対応図である。 １：圧縮機、２：ガス吸入ライン、３：ガス吐
出ライン、４：第一の圧力検出器、５：第一の温
度検出器、６：第二の圧力検出器、７：第二の温
度検出器、８：制御器、９：電動機。

Claims (1)
- 圧縮機の保安装置において、圧縮機のガス吸入
ラインに設けた吸入ガスの第一の圧力検出器及び
第一の温度検出器と、ガス吐出ラインに設けた吐
出ガスの第二の圧力検出器及び第二の温度検出器
と、前記第一及び第二の圧力検出器及び第一及び
第二の温度検出器の検出信号回線に接続される制
御器とよりなり、前記制御器は前記第一の圧力検
出器、第一の温度検出器及び第二の圧力検出器の
検出信号から正常状態の吐出ガスの温度を算出す
る算出手段と、前記吐出ガスの算出温度と前記第
二の温度検出器で検出された検出温度とを比較し
て前記検出温度が前記算出温度より高く、その差
が一定値を超過した場合には警報信号を発生する
警報発生手段と、更にその差が高く別の一定値を
超過した場合には前記圧縮機を停止させる緊急停
止信号を発生して圧縮機を停止させる緊急停止手
段とを具備したことを特徴とする圧縮機の保安装
置。
