  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電源の正負極母線間を結ぶ電路に介挿され
    た高速スイツチング素子に、第１のダイオードお
    よび第１のコンデンサから成る直列回路を並列接
    続するとともに、前記第１のダイオードに第１の
    抵抗を並列接続して成るスナバー回路において、 前記直流電源の正負極母線間に第２の抵抗およ
    び第２のコンデンサを直列接続し、前記第２の抵
    抗および第２のコンデンサの共通接続点と前記第
    １のダイオードおよび第１のコンデンサの共通接
    続点との間に第２のダイオードを接続したことを
    特徴とするスナバー回路。
