Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エミツタに入力として直流電圧を供給し、コレ
クタに出力電圧を取り出し、その出力電圧をベー
ス電圧によつて制御する出力制御用トランジスタ
と、 この出力制御用トランジスタのコレクタと基準
電位点間に直列に分圧抵抗を接続して前記出力電
圧を分圧する分圧回路と、 前記出力制御用トランジスタのコレクタと基準
電位点間に直列にツエナーダイオードとこのツエ
ナーダイオードの温度補償用ダイオードと抵抗を
接続し、該抵抗の両端に基準電圧を発生する基準
電圧回路と、 エミツタが前記基準電圧回路の前記抵抗を介し
て基準電位点に接続し、コレクタが前記出力制御
用トランジスタのベースに接続し、ベースに前記
分圧回路からの電圧を加えて前記基準電圧と比較
し、前記出力電圧の変動を打ち消すように前記出
力制御用トランジスタを制御する誤差増幅トラン
ジスタと、 前記出力制御用トランジスタのエミツタと前記
誤差増幅トランジスタのベースとの間に接続した
起動用ツエナーダイオードとを具備したことを特
徴とする定電圧回路。
