第１図は本考案に係る差動信号出力増幅回路の
回路図、第２図は同じく差動信号出力増幅回路の
一実施例を示す回路図、第３図は同じく変形例を
示す回路図、第４図は一般的な差動増幅回路例を
示す回路図、第５図は不平衡信号を入力とする従
来の差動信号出力増幅回路例を示す回路図である
。 図中、１は入力端子、３，４は出力端子、５，
６は負荷抵抗、７は一方のトランジスタ、８は他
方のトランジスタ、９は電流源、１０は電源端子
、１１は不平衡信号、１９は低域フイルタである
。
回路図、第２図は同じく差動信号出力増幅回路の
一実施例を示す回路図、第３図は同じく変形例を
示す回路図、第４図は一般的な差動増幅回路例を
示す回路図、第５図は不平衡信号を入力とする従
来の差動信号出力増幅回路例を示す回路図である
。 図中、１は入力端子、３，４は出力端子、５，
６は負荷抵抗、７は一方のトランジスタ、８は他
方のトランジスタ、９は電流源、１０は電源端子
、１１は不平衡信号、１９は低域フイルタである
。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２つのトランジスタを備え、これらのエミ
ツタを共通にして電流源に接続する一方、各コレ
クタをそれぞれ負荷抵抗を介して電源端子に接続
し、一方のトランジスタのベースと他方のトラン
ジスタのベース間に低域フイルタを介設して、上
記一方のトランジスタのベースを、これに不平衡
信号を直接入力して上記低域フイルタを介して他
方のトランジスタのベースに上記不平衡信号を入
力する入力端子とし、各コレクタを平衡出力をそ
れぞれ取り出す出力端子としたことを特徴とする
差動信号出力増幅回路。 (2) 上記低域フイルタが抵抗とコンデンサとか
ら成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の回路。 (3) 上記低域フイルタがインダクタンスとコン
デンサとから成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の回路。
