Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 多気筒回転弁エンジン１のエンジン負荷が所定
値を下回るときに該エンジン１の所定の気筒２へ
の吸排気路４，５を遮断して該気筒２内での燃焼
を休止させる多気筒回転弁エンジンの減筒運転装
置において、 各吸排気路４，５に介在させた吸排気弁７を球
形の回転弁で構成する一方、各吸排気弁７をこれ
らよりも小径の弁軸１１で互いに連動連結し、減
筒運転時に休止させる気筒２の吸排気弁７は、そ
の弁通路８，９，２４で吸排気路４，５を開閉す
る運転位置ｄと、弁軸１１の軸心まわりに回転す
る吸排気弁７が吸排気路４，５を閉じ続ける休止
位置ｅとにわたつて弁軸１１の軸心を含む平面に
沿つて切換揺動可能に構成し、吸排気弁７を気筒
数制御操作手段Ｆで運転位置ｄと休止位置ｅとに
位置切換操作可能に構成したことを特徴とする、
多気筒回転弁エンジンの減筒運転装置。
