Description
図面は本考案に係る電気炉の冷却装置を示し、
第１図は概略構成断面図、第２図はガス冷却状態
の概略構成断面図、第３図は公知の電気炉の断面
図である。 １は試料、２は胴部断熱材、３は上部断熱材、
４は下部断熱材、５は上蓋、６はタンク、７はフ
ランジ、８は電極用ノズル、９は電極、１０は発
熱体、１１は試料台、１２は仕切り、１３，１３
′はノズル、１４は熱交換器、１５はパイプ、１
６は冷却水導入口、１７は冷却水排出口、１８は
上下移動機構。

の概略構成断面図、第３図は公知の電気炉の断面
図である。 １は試料、２は胴部断熱材、３は上部断熱材、
４は下部断熱材、５は上蓋、６はタンク、７はフ
ランジ、８は電極用ノズル、９は電極、１０は発
熱体、１１は試料台、１２は仕切り、１３，１３
′はノズル、１４は熱交換器、１５はパイプ、１
６は冷却水導入口、１７は冷却水排出口、１８は
上下移動機構。
Claims (1)
- 真空、及び雰囲気加圧タンク内に断熱材を設け
、その中に設置した発熱体を直接通電或は誘導加
熱により加熱することにより発熱体内側に装入し
た試料の焼結等の熱処理を行う電気炉において、
タンク側面上、下にノズルを設け、このノズルに
熱交換器を取りつけると共に、タンク内壁と胴部
断熱材外周との間に仕切りを設け、且つ断熱材の
上、下部分を開閉可能にしたことを特徴とする電
気炉の冷却装置。
